Payments: TheRTCompanyUSA.com uses PayPal to proccess all online and in-person credit/debit card payment transactions. When selecting the PayPal Payment Option (Pay Now), you will have the option of paying with an accepted credit/debit card, or your PayPal Account.
No PayPal Account?: No Problem, you do not need a PayPal Account to use our Secure PayPal Payment Proccessing Platform.
Appointments: When you schedule an appointment, please make sure you fill in all the Required Fields that have an Asterisk(*) next to the Field Box. Please contact Customer Service via: Phone/Email, Mon-Fri 9:AM-5:PM Pacific Time (Excluding USA Government Holidays). Cancelled Appointments will result in forfeiture of monetary deposits or payments in full, due to loss of our Schedule Availability once Scheduled Appointments have been scheduled. Appointments can be Re-Scheduled up to 24 Hours before the Scheduled Appointment Time & Date that needs to be Re-Scheduled, and will incur a 25% Re-Scheduling Fee. The Re-Scheduled Appointment will include the 25% Re-Scheduling Fee. Please check your available schedule prior to Scheduling an Appointment, to prevent Re-Scheduling.
