Appointments: When you schedule an appointment, please make sure you fill in all the Required Fields that have an Asterisk(*) next to the Field Box. Cancelled Appointments will result in forfeiture of monetary payments, due to loss of our Schedule Availability once Scheduled Appointments have been scheduled.
